Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

Damaged Products

• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 36 hours with supporting images/video. We will process a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
