At Punyahara, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Since our products are personal care items (attars & scented candles), we do not accept returns once a product is delivered.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 36 hours of receiving the product by contacting us at [support email/phone].

  • To process the refund, customers may be asked to share photos or videos of the defective product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

⚠️ No returns will be accepted for opened or used products.
